I am looking for a Sales Consultant to join my client, a dynamic and innovative exhibition build, and design organisation committed to delivering immersive experiences for its clients and stakeholders.
You are not joining a huge team you will be joining a close-knit team who dedicate and strive to create exceptional exhibitions that captivate audiences and exceed expectations every time
This won’t be your first sales role, the ideal candidate for this role should possess confidence and a proactive attitude towards building and maintaining client relationships, with a proven ability to close sales. They should excel in communication, particularly over the phone, and feel comfortable engaging with clients both old and new.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential for effective pipeline management, a key responsibility of this role. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with estimating and design teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial enquiry to project delivery handover.
While prior experience in the exhibition industry is advantageous, it's not mandatory. However, the ideal candidate should have a demonstrated passion for sales and a track record of success in similar environments. They should be skilled in acquiring and managing new customers, negotiating effectively, and consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
This is an on-site role where you will be required to be on site 5 days a week. Their Office is based in Luton, Bedfordshire so please ensure that’s within a reasonable commutable distance for you before you apply as we don’t have any movement on this.
From a salary perspective, you are looking at between £28,000 and £32,000 per annum with the opportunity for an OTE of £50,000 (uncapped). You will also receive a range of benefits including private medical insurance, 28 days holiday including public holidays and flexible start times (between 8am – 10am) every day and much more
