**About the Role**:
As a Junior Sales Consultant, you'll engage with potential clients, forge strong connections, and offer tailored solutions that make a difference. You will be qualifying the leads, and passing these onto our seasoned sales professionals, this role is all about lead generation and qualification You will also be collaborating with the wider team to devise and execute effective outbound telesales strategies, driving growth and aligning with our expansion plans.
**Day-to-day Responsibilities**:
- Conducting outbound calls to prospective and existing business customers across the UK - helping them get a better deal on their utilities such as energy, or telecommunications
- Establishing customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Acting as the customer’s account executive or account manager.
- Creating relationships with our customers, giving them a world class service.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPI's.
