Job Description:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at JAM Recruitment, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment team in identifying and attracting top talent for our clients. This is an entry-level position that offers comprehensive training and development opportunities to kick-start your career in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients.
- Creating compelling job advertisements and marketing campaigns to attract qualified candidates.
- Utilising various recruitment tools and platforms to identify potential candidates.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market knowledge.
