Salary: OTE £40,000 Y1, £60,000+ Y2 onwards

We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team at McCarthy Recruitment. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying top talent and building relationships with clients to meet their recruitment needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Excell in detailed competency interviews to meet client needs and company values.
- Act as a knowledgeable business partner and embody the traits of a great recruiter.
- Supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives for an inclusive workplace culture.
- Have a passion for Customer Service.
- Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Building rapport with both candidates and clients.
- Leading consultative conversations in all areas of your role.
