As a Technical Consultant at GlideFast Consulting, you will develop, design, and own technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will deliver high-quality consulting services to install, configure, and integrate ServiceNow software products. You'll develop custom software solutions through scripting and software development, prepare technical documentation as specified in customer contracts, and provide value-based assessments and workshops to help clients maximize business results.

You will write and create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACLs, data policies, and UI scripts, and troubleshoot basic configuration and script issues. Additionally, you will attend requirements review and validation sessions, participate in scrum ceremonies, and deliver measurable results within appropriate timelines, resulting in positive customer feedback.



REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 2 years delivering technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Minimum 2 years in a consulting role, delivering software implementations preferable
  • Strong working knowledge with configuration and customization of solutions in one (1) or more of the following specializations:

-ServiceNow Mainline Application(s) (ITSM, SPM, CSM, HR, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, and IRM)

-Service Portal (HTML, CSS, AngularJS, SASS, Bootstrap)

-ServiceNow Application Development (Scoped Applications)

-3rd Party Integrations Development (REST, SOAP, MID Servers, etc)

  • Experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow JavaScript API's
  • A strong appetite for continuous learning and professional growth, with a desire to evolve as a consultant and grow alongside the company
  • Consultative skills for software service delivery to lead customers in improving their processes and organizational models
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer required
  • ITIL v3 or v4 Certification preferred
  • SC Clearance highly preferred
