Searching for a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment, you will be comfortable working with SMB to Large organisations, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.


Responsibilities


  • Managing sales opportunities with New and Existing clients (2 roles)
  • Qualify opportunities and forward to Regional Account Managers.
  • Closing deals over the phone
  • Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management
  • Cross-selling, up-selling and client retention
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities


Qualifications


  • 12 months of Cold calling OR Account Management experience would be desirable
  • Positive personality with strong communication skills
  • Resilient with a positive attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
