The Opportunity

Are you a strategic and results-oriented sales professional with a passion for technology and health? Klarity is seeking a UK Sales Manager who excels in a dynamic environment and has a proven track record in leading sales efforts. In this role, you'll drive Klarity’s growth in the UK by developing and executing sales strategies that target key decision-makers in the life insurance and health sectors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the UK market.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients and partners, building a robust pipeline of opportunities with a focus on insurers, brokers, employee benefit providers, corporates and technology providers.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Presentations: Lead persuasive video presentations and product demonstrations via Google Meet, effectively communicating the value of Klarity’s solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and positioning.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success and expansion of Klarity in the UK.


Requirements

  • Proven Sales Leadership: Extensive experience (5+ years) in B2B sales, with a strong background in selling SaaS solutions to enterprise clients, particularly within the insurance, employee benefits or health sectors.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with business goals.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and product demos.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using video conferencing tools and CRM systems to manage sales processes and client relationships.
  • Results-Driven: A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on delivering value to clients.
  • Adaptability: Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably within a start-up.
