This just in – an incredibly exciting opportunity to be part of the team at Lisa Eldridge. We are looking for a Creative Project Manager, who lives and breathes beauty and makeup. As a Creative Project Manager at Lisa Eldridge Beauty, you will be responsible for the critical path of creative requests as well as owning the end-to-end production of various types of shoots - ensuring excellent and timely execution of all deliverables according to brand guidelines.


You will work cross-functionally with internal teams, freelance partners, external vendors and most importantly the founder, to realise our creative vision and successful brand launches. As this is a very fast-paced role, a successful candidate will be extremely organised, detail orientated, resilient, creative and most of all, a self-starter and an excellent communicator.


Key Responsibilities


  • Responsible for owning and tracking the critical path for all creative requests
  • Own and manage the PM tool to track all creative requests
  • Monitor and validate incoming requests have all valid info necessary for the creative teams to complete the project
  • Facilitate cross-functional discussions as needed to discuss project kick offs and status updates
  • Anticipate and flag roadblocks or potential delays and facilitate trouble shooting measures
  • Partner closely with video editor and designer to manage project workflow and prioritisation
  • Facilitate and prioritise sign offs by founder where needed
  • Manage organisation and filing of final deliverables
  • Responsible for running the production of various types of shoots (still and video content – campaign, social, e-comm, pack, etc.), delivering different formats of assets for all marketing and communication channels - Website, Instagram, YouTube, Red Book, TikTok, out-of-home (OOH) and other marketing placements
  • Work with cross-functional teams to clarify shoot plans and necessary deliverables
  • Build shoot budgets and manage approval process with COO and founder (where applicable)
  • Manage booking and tracking of crew, talent, location, kit, etc. for all shoots
  • Create production schedules, call sheets / shot lists (in tandem with designer)
  • Deliver clear communication to the wider team for all production commitments
  • Work with internal teams on securing product samples for shoots
  • Manage run of shoot days ensuring all is tracking to plan – i.e., call sheet management, ensuring all requested deliverables are captured, tracking products used in social shoots, etc.
  • Process invoices, raise POs, track payments, and reconcile budgets to forecasts
  • Manage contracts, NDAs, rights, and legal obligations
  • Facilitate discussions with cross-functional teams and freelance partners post shoots to ensure deliverables are completed
  • Track and manage accurate completion and distribution of deliverables


Required Experience


  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of creative project management experience – experience focusing on content creation across formats (visual and video production)
  • Ability to perform under pressure, working across multiple projects adapting quickly to last minute changes whilst managing competing deadlines
  • Highly detail oriented and organised
  • Knowledge of stills and video production process with evidence of working across projects from conception through to delivery
  • Must have exceptional time management and a calm, logical approach to all challenges
  • Ability to comprehend basic legal documents and production insurance requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and command of the English language (both written and verbal)
  • Experience of working directly with crew, photographers, agents, videographers, directors, production companies and post-production houses, on both large and smaller scale projects
