The Loan Partnership is pleased to be able to offer both secured loans and bridging finance for its introducers. We focus on our working relationship with lenders, and consequently we have the ability to place deals which sit outside many of their published terms.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Secured loan Advisor at The Loan Partnership Ltd located in Hemel Hempstead. As a Secured loan Advisor, you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to clients on secured loans. You will work closely with lenders and brokers to identify and place deals that meet clients' needs. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the finance industry, preferably with a focus on secured loans but not essential.
• CeMAP qualification is desirable but not essential as we offer this opportunity as part of the role.
• Knowledge of lending products and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software.
