Wilkinson Partners has been mandated by a prestigious US law firm based in London, seeking to hire an Associate due to qualify in September 2024 for their Real Estate Finance team.


The firm is a leader in the real estate finance sector, renowned both domestically and internationally for their expertise. The firm boasts a stellar reputation for successfully navigating a wide array of domestic and cross-border acquisitions and refinancing mandates. Representing clients such as Blackstone and KKR, major players in the private equity real estate arena.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis pertaining to real estate finance transactions.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including loan agreements, security documents, and due diligence reports.
  • Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients regarding real estate financing structures and transactions.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of real estate finance deals.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes impacting real estate finance transactions.


Requirements:

  • Due to qualify as a solicitor in September 2024.
  • Demonstrated interest in real estate finance and commercial transactions.
  • Strong academic background in law, with a minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent).
  • Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
