This is a hybrid role, with a mix between working 2 days a week (or more if you prefer) in our beautiful central London office (Goodge Street) and working from home. There will also be occasional travel to our customers.

Your place at the Lily’s Kitchen Table: -
As a Trading Executive you will report into the Trading Manager and will be part of a team of 9. Direct to consumer (DTC) trading is the largest and fastest growing channel for the brand and the Trading Executive role is a vital component of the team and our 5 year strategy within Ecommerce. The Trading Executive will be responsible for merchandising the Lily’s Kitchen UK website, helping to ensure that it is performing optimally at all times. You will also liaise with international teams, updating our multi-lingual websites and support the Senior Digital Content Executive on expanding on our content strategy in the UK, helping it to reach new heights. Together with the rest of the DTC team, you will act as a brand guardian, taking collective responsibility for the performance of our websites and seeking to keep them as market leading experiences.
How will I make a difference?
Website Merchandising and Content Editing
- Keep our EU magazine websites up-to-date by liaising with and taking requests from EU teams
- Execute agreed changes on our EU magazine websites
- Upload promotion content and test promotion setup
- Upload new product content for launches and updates
- Merchandise product listings
- Report on website performance KPIs and optimise plans together with Trading Manager
- Feefo review platform product catalogue maintenance
- Execute website content update requests from Customer Care, Marketing and NPD departments
- Identify and escalate bugs on the websites
- Act as a guardian/champion of the online customer journey, being proactive to make simple changes fast and effectively
Content planning and briefing
- Plan and brief UK website promotion content together with the Trading Manager
- Plan and brief product page content together with the Trading Manager
- Plan and brief website banner content
- Ensure the digital content calendar is accurate and up to date
- Brief digital designers for change requests on EU magazine websites
- Brief copywriter and liaise with International Marketing team on translations regarding change requests for EU magazine websites
Other
- Supporting the Senior Digital Content Executive and Trading Manager with weekly and monthly reporting
- Contribute to the eCommerce planning processes
- Monitor benchmark and competition websites with a view to driving improvements
How will I be successful?
You will…
- Have 1 + years experience working in a digital content, eCommerce or eCommerce adjacent role essential
- Be technically confident, with experience using Content Management Systems essential
- Be highly organised with project management experience essential
- Well practiced at using your initiative, have an inquisitive attitude and keen to learn and grow essential
- Have a commercial mindset and be driven by results
- Be a team player with an appreciation of your effects on others and consideration for colleague’s priorities and goals essential
- Understanding of ecommerce essential
- Basic understanding of html desirable
- Understanding of digital content strategy and SEO desirable
- Experience working alongside creative teams to deliver digital content projects desirable
- Written skills in one or more EU languages a bonus, in particular German
