Job Overview

Redstone Search Group is seeking a skilled Trade Execution professional to join our team in the commodities industry. As a Trade Execution Specialist, you will play a critical role in facilitating the execution of trades, ensuring seamless transactions, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and issue FOB and CNF contracts based on GAFTA terms, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Execute physical trades, including documentation preparation and presentation, to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Process Letters of Credit (L/C) and prepare documents for presentation, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Maintain order and organization in document filing, adhering to insurance requirements, and arranging issuance of certificates and declarations.
  • Liaise with supervision companies, arrange for supervision, and issue relevant documents.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a grains-related role, with expertise in FOB and CFR contracts.
  • Proficiency in the English language, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work 5 days a week in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Familiarity with exports business in agriculture, including knowledge of Gafta Regulations.
