Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Environmental Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations comply with environmental regulations and sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor environmental policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
  • Conduct environmental audits and assessments.
  • Identify and mitigate environmental risks associated with manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote sustainable practices.
  • Prepare and submit environmental reports to regulatory agencies.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on environmental best practices.
  • Stay updated on the latest environmental regulations and industry trends.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in environmental management.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certification in environmental management (e.g., ISO 14001)
