Salary: £40-45k Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE £60-65k)

What You'll Do:

As a New Business Sales Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy. Your role will be to:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients (care homes, agencies, and healthcare providers) to showcase the value of JobsInCare.com.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers and become their trusted partner.
  • Drive new business opportunities through proactive outreach, creative solutions, and a consultative approach.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Hit (and smash) your sales targets while having fun along the way.

What We are Looking For:

  • A natural relationship-builder with a knack for closing deals.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in recruitment, healthcare, or a related industry.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills – you're as confident on the phone as you are in person.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for making a difference.
  • Bonus points if you have a genuine interest in the care sector
