Polymax Ltd., a leading international manufacturer of rubber products since 1970, seeks a passionate Internal Sales Advisor to join our friendly team in Bordon, UK.


Do you enjoy building strong customer relationships and exceeding expectations? Are you fluent in written and spoken Polish and English?


This office-based (no remote working) role offers a unique opportunity for a results-oriented individual to:

  • Manage customer accounts across Poland and the UK.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the engineering or manufacturing industries.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to order fulfillment (no cold calling).
  • Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments.

  • Have the potential to manage large accounts, participate in exciting projects, and even take on leadership roles.

To be successful, you'll possess:

  • Fluency in written and spoken Polish & English.
  • Able to reliably commute to and work from our office in Bordon, Hampshire (Mon to Fri)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Around two years of B2B sales experience (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A passion for learning and a willingness to thrive in a dynamic environment.
