Our client is a global manufacturer and leader in Industrial Automation and Process Control technology, for the Life Science Industry. With a focus on temperature control solutions and data acquisition our client offer innovative solutions to Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and Healthcare organisations globally.


A bit about the role:

  • The Key Account Manager will be instrumental in delivering best in class customer success, with our largest clients in Life Science.
  • The successful Key Account Manager will deliver consistent results and sales growth within the defined accounts, across the UK & Ireland.
  • Your primary responsibilities will encompass managing key accounts, cultivating robust relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sustainable sales growth.
  • Deliver technical projects and solutions, particularly within the Process Control and Instrumentation arena.
  • The successful candidate will demonstrate a blend of technical expertise, strategic business insight, and exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively cater to customer needs and ensure unparalleled satisfaction.


What’s required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Engineering, or Business Administration. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in Instrumentation, Process Automation or Industrial Engineering.
  • Proven track record of success in key account management within the life science or related industries, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Strong technical acumen coupled with a keen understanding of business principles and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders at various organisational levels.
