We are looking for a talented, driven and successful Key Account Manager to join our growing commercial team and manage accounts within the channel and enterprise space. Through our existing strategic relationships with Microsoft and other partners, you will be introduced to clients that have been identified as likely to benefit from adopting Microsoft’s Power Platform technology. As Key Account Manager, you will play a key role in our rapidly evolving commercial landscape, focusing on using the right technology to improve your clients’ data insights and business processes.


What we need from you:


The Key Account Manager role is responsible for driving the growth of new and existing accounts, through new sales, cross-sales and up-selling. We need you to draw on your experience to consult with our clients, understand their business requirements and position the very best Power Platform solutions to meet their needs.


What you'll be doing:


  • Regular engagement and meetings with clients
  • Build an understanding of the clients landscape, competitors and frameworks
  • Close alignment with Operations to deliver effective level of service to client
  • Championing the client at all levels internally / act as the key interface between the client all relevant divisions
  • Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients
  • Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business
  • Write business plans for all key clients

  • Has a keen interest in technology
  • Works well under pressure – able to navigate changes in client priorities
  • Great attention to detail
  • Works well with data and reports and is competent in writing proposals, delivering new business pitches and developing growth plans
  • Seasoned account handler with at least 2 years’ experience at an Key Account Manager level Someone with B2B experience who is used to taking complex requirements, simplifying them and building a customer journey to encourage a sale
  • Has the ability to discuss solutions both with the end client in a language they understand and also with the development team
  • Excellent programme management skills to ensure a great output
  • Comfortable discussing commercials with end clients
