Service Delivery Analyst | ITIL | FinTech Software Company
- Salary: Circa £50k-£68k with a 15% bonus
- Hybrid Working: once a week in London (high flexibility on this)
I’m looking for a Senior Service Delivery Analyst to join a leading FinTech firm specialising in SaaS products that provide real-time market data and pricing, rivalling platforms like Bloomberg and Reuters. With about 700 employees worldwide and headquarters in London, this company is a key player in financial technology.
The Role: You’ll be joining an immediate team of 3 (Head of IT Service and Applications, IT Service Manager, IT Operations Manager) to assess the current IT service structure, which includes both an MSP (Panoptics) and the internal team.
My client needs a Senior Service Delivery Analyst who understands what “good” looks like from a service and ITIL perspective. You’ll handle major incidents, lead the Change Advisory Board, conduct problem analysis, and collaborate with the MSP to enhance IT service delivery. With the company’s focus on M&As, you’ll also have the chance to work on greenfield and transformation projects, with clear career progression opportunities to step up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Change Advisory Board, ensuring proper documentation and accountability.
- Manage incident response in collaboration with the MSP.
- Analyse issues and suggest improvements for IT service delivery.
- Support the Service Delivery Manager in daily operations.
- Review and upgrade SLAs.
- Potential M&A project: integrate ITIL frameworks of newly acquired companies into the main framework.

About You:
- Around 5 years of experience in IT Service Delivery or similar.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks.
- ITIL certifications, with a passion for continuous learning and development.
- Experience with tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
