Your New Employer


You will be working in a unique, diligent environment where the work culture lends itself to dedication and loyalty. You will be in the UK branch of this international EV charging company, leading the charge on UK sales for DC chargers, which has been established for 2 years nearly. This business has the energy of a start up but the structure of a larger corporation, giving you a unique blend between a solid foundation and ambitious growth. This EV charging business is looking to get their UK sales to a certain level that will be driven by your role as UK sales lead and will in turn generate the revenue to allow the business to flourish and take on new staff to sell DC chargers.


Your New Role


You will be charged with the sole responsibility of leading the UK sales team and driving the growth of this new EV charging business. As the new employee your position will be UK Sales Lead and you will be actively hunting new business to grow the UK coverage of DC chargers to eBus and eTruck customers, being tasked with being on the road and managing your busy diary. After 18 months to two years, you will be able to take over from the current country manager if successful and so the scope for leadership development leading to an overseeing role of country manager is a sizeable opportunity well within your grasp.


Your Background


You will have likely proven experience in the eBus and eTruck markets or copious CPO experience, where you have previously sold into these markets. You will be passionate and enthusiastic through a demonstrable experience in EV charging business development, account management and successful sales, closing at least six figures of business throughout a trading year and showing prowess in handling a packed schedule.

You will be remunerated generously depending on experience and within a range that is relevant to your suitable background. You will have 25 days holiday and 8 bank holidays as well as considerable pension options. You will be able to travel through the granting of a car or car allowance also.
