**Position:** PMO Analyst


**Role Overview:**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Analyst to join our Project Management Office. The PMO Analyst will play a critical role in supporting project delivery and governance by providing essential analysis, reporting, and administrative support across the project portfolio.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Support the PMO in the development, implementation, and maintenance of project management standards and methodologies.

- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

- Monitor and report on project performance metrics, including timelines, budgets, and resource utilization.

- Facilitate the tracking and resolution of project issues, risks, and dependencies.

- Provide administrative support for project meetings, including scheduling, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance PMO processes and efficiency.

- Maintain and update project management tools and databases, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.


**Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in a project management or PMO role, preferably within the financial services sector.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, SharePoint).

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Familiarity with project management methodologies and frameworks such as Agile, PRINCE2, or PMBOK is an advantage.
