You will support the Marketing Director and Manager to:


  • Lead and manage end-to-end campaign planning process and implementation TTL to support rollout of integrated seasonal brand and product campaigns – including management of in-store agency for print & digital, and out-of-store agencies for paid, owned, earned activities.
  • Develop and deliver insight led marketing briefs organising and collaborating with key departments (EMEA, Category, Digital and Loyalty, Regulatory and Legal) to ensure alignment across brand and commercial objectives.
  • Ensure appropriate levels of sign off from Senior Leadership team on all seasonal campaign briefs.
  • Manage day to day the cross-agency team with the support from the UK Marketing Manager. Coordinate internal feedback in line with the campaign critical path.
  • Manage instore print and digital consumer journey in line with EMEA playbook for each campaign period. Work with category and digital & loyalty teams to ensure appropriate product pairings and nominations to drive profitability and champion the consumer experience.


You will also work on social work stream including:

  • Manage always on social work stream with creative agency.
  • Work with creative agency team to develop guidance for local market including tone of voice and community management guidelines.
  • Work with creative agency to determine monthly calendar of activity aiming to repurpose EMEA assets where possible, create repeatable formats and support the sign off of reactive content via Newsroom and social listening tools to participate in emerging or trending conversations.
  • Work with creative agency on reviewing reports to optimise future content.
  • Support community management programme.
