A leading technology company is looking to hire a Treasury Analyst on a permanent basis. This will be a hybrid role based out of their London office.


Key Responsibilities:


Cash Management

  • Daily Monitoring: Oversee daily cash positions, review cash flow forecasts, and implement cash management strategies to meet local funding needs.
  • Settlement Management: Ensure timely settlement of intercompany payables and receivables.
  • Financial Stability: Monitor borrowing needs to ensure financial stability and maintain adequate funds for operational requirements.
  • Global Coordination: Coordinate with international offices (Europe, Middle East, Africa, APAC) to ensure efficient repatriation of cash to treasury.


Risk Management

  • FX Hedging: Execute foreign exchange hedging deals in alignment with the Treasury Policy, adapting to the changing needs of the business, and monitor the effectiveness of the hedging strategy.


Reporting and Compliance

  • Covenant Monitoring: Ensure compliance with all financial covenants and anticipate future impacts on these covenants.
  • Treasury Reporting: Develop and deliver timely, insightful treasury reports, including those for the Executive team and the Board.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in process design and documentation to ensure segregation of duties (SOD) and business continuity.
  • KYC/Onboarding: Support Know Your Customer (KYC) processes and onboarding with banks and third parties.


Treasury Management System

  • System Optimization: Collaborate with the finance systems team to enhance treasury systems and technology platforms.
  • Process Automation: Identify opportunities for automation and strategic improvements within treasury operations.
