Treasury Analyst

Key Responsibilities of the Treasury Analyst:
- Monitor and optimize cash balances, recommending actions like moving funds, depositing, or borrowing to minimize overdraft costs, while considering counterparty limits.
- Prepare and submit the monthly cash report by strict deadlines, liaising with local finance teams as needed.
- Manage the central database for global bonds and guarantees, advising group companies on reducing liabilities as bonds expire.
- Propose and execute trades related to the intercompany loan portfolio and group transactional hedges on the 360T platform. Handle money market investments on the group's trading platform.
- Serve as the system administrator, maintaining and updating the TMS.
- Oversee the intercompany netting process via TMS, adding entities and managing static data as required.
- Act as the primary contact for electronic banking, handling account changes and user entitlements.
- Ensure surplus cash from global group companies is returned to the treasury centre.
- Take ownership of assigned treasury projects and drive them to completion.
Candidate Expectations:
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Skilled in data analysis and interpretation, with the capacity to suggest actionable insights to senior team members.
- Ownership and proactive management of project work.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 1-3 years of experience in a corporate treasury environment, with an interest in pursuing a treasury career.
- Proficiency in treasury management systems, Bloomberg, or electronic banking platforms.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
