Job Description


Experienced Project Manager to work in Exhibitions and Stand Designs who will be working with a wide range of clients within multiple sectors delivering successful design solutions.


You will be responsible for coordinating exhibition stands from start to finish with the help of our internal team, leading the project from the initial brief through to on-site delivery. 


As an ideal Project Manager, you will have relevant experience within the Exhibitions or events industry and an understanding of SketchUp design, liaising with clients and arranging subcontract activities & technical exhibition activities.


Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.


Key Responsibilities


  • Exhibition solutions: collate the necessary information from our varying clients and their exhibitions and provide tailored solutions with estimates, deigns and official quotations in a timely manner 
  • Client Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded, ultimately expanding our portfolio and contributing to the company’s growth.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of exhibition solutions.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, providing timely and effective communication.
  • Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Client Service Excellence: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions and maintaining a client-first attitude.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Industry Experience: Proven experience in managing client portfolios within the exhibition and events industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: Must have previous knowledge in the AV / exhibitions and events industry. Must be technically minded and understand the products and services we offer.
