We invite you to consider the role of Finance Transformation Manager at our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in driving process improvements to join our Finance Transformation team.

Reporting to the Head of Finance Transformation, you will be responsible for delivering the Finance Transformation Programme, aimed at achieving Finance function effectiveness and driving cost performance. Through a common set of finance processes, this programme aims to reduce overall costs while enhancing productivity and decision-making.

Key accountabilities:

  • Drive process, data, and system improvements to deliver the Transformation Programme.
  • Utilize project management skills to ensure the timely and budgeted delivery of change initiatives.
  • Partner and coordinate processes with various stakeholders, including IAG, GBS, Group Reporting, Finance Services, IAG Tech, and the user community.
  • Communicate technical and business messages effectively across key stakeholder groups.
  • Lead and inspire a team to implement and deliver improvements.
  • Manage third-party suppliers effectively.

About you:

  • Knowledge of end-to-end finance processes (FinOps, Controllership, Planning, and Business Partnering) is essential.
  • Experience in designing and implementing robust, practical, and sustainable internal controls.
  • Technologically astute with experience in delivering projects within a change programme.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives.
  • An accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, CIMA, ACCA) is desirable.
  • SAP knowledge is desirable.
