Based in central London and offering flexible hybrid working the Manager level role will work with a variety of clients and lead a small team on a number of projects within Finance Transformation. With good progression opportunities to Partner level.

**OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the delivery and management of engagements. Producing and overseeing work outputs to a high technical quality including but not limited to: - Design and delivery of client workshops, focused on the process, people and technology aspects of FinanceTransformation and Optimisation.
- Lead and manage projects, teams, skills and service areas, developing commercial plans, managing project finances and resourcing and engaging in a broad range of consulting activities.
- Play a key role in the development of Finance Transformation opportunities by managing activity required to propose and bid for work.
- Further develop, with the Company's support, the UK Finance Transformation portfolio as well as personal expertise to differentiate yourself in the marketplace.
- Develop new relationships and work with the Managing Director/ Directors to enhance and run existing relationships in order to maximize coverage.

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Experience in a Finance /finance transformation role within consulting
- Experience in the design and implementation of Finance Optimisation initiatives (e.g. finance processes optimisation, finance target operating model, technology solutions underpinning finance processes - e.g. intelligent automation, closing and reconciliationtools etc.)
- Self-starter and can operate independently.

**EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS REQUIRED**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; minimum 2:1.
- Qualified Accountant (e.g. ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent etc).
- Experience in Finance transformation roles, preferably in professional services and/or industry.
