Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Assistant Store Manager to join the team at a new boutique opening. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail, has strong leadership skills, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be integral to the boutique’s success, supporting the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Support Store Leadership:
- Partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the boutique runs efficiently and smoothly.
- Step into a leadership role when the Store Manager is absent, providing guidance and support to the team.
- Assist in training, mentoring, and motivating staff to meet performance goals and deliver excellent customer service.
Customer Experience:
- Ensure every customer receives a warm and personalized shopping experience.
- Actively address customer needs and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Uphold the boutique’s brand values and mission in all customer interactions.
Operational Excellence:
- Support in managing inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to maintain the boutique’s high standards.
- Monitor store performance metrics, assist in meeting sales targets, and contribute to operational improvements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
Team Collaboration:
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that reflects the brand’s ethos.
- Act as a role model for the team, demonstrating professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first attitude.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to improve store operations and customer experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within retail, preferably in a premium environment.
- A proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to make decisions confidently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with the team.
