Key Responsibilities:


Support Store Leadership :

  • Partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the boutique runs efficiently and smoothly.
  • Step into a leadership role when the Store Manager is absent, providing guidance and support to the team.
  • Assist in training, mentoring, and motivating staff to meet performance goals and deliver excellent customer service.

Customer Experience :

  • Ensure every customer receives a warm and personalized shopping experience.
  • Actively address customer needs and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Uphold the boutique’s brand values and mission in all customer interactions.

Operational Excellence :

  • Support in managing inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to maintain the boutique’s high standards.
  • Monitor store performance metrics, assist in meeting sales targets, and contribute to operational improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.

Team Collaboration :

  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that reflects the brand’s ethos.
  • Act as a role model for the team, demonstrating professionalism, enthusiasm, and a customer-first attitude.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to improve store operations and customer experience.



Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within retail, preferably in a premium environment.
  • A proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to make decisions confidently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with the team.
  • Passion for fashion, retail, and aligning with a mission-driven brand ethos.
