Role: Customer Success Manager

Location: Flexible, with preference for UK-based candidates

Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with valued customers and partners.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring our clients maximize the value of their cybersecurity solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with our sales and product teams to drive customer satisfaction and growth opportunities.
  • Leverage your cybersecurity expertise to understand and address customer needs, with penetration testing experience considered a bonus.
  • Drive adoption and retention through proactive engagement and strategic account management.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer success or account management roles, ideally within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Must have a cybersecurity background, at least 3 years, with a solid understanding of industry trends and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
