Role: Customer Success Manager
Location: Flexible, with preference for UK-based candidates
Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with valued customers and partners.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring our clients maximize the value of their cybersecurity solutions.
- Collaborate closely with our sales and product teams to drive customer satisfaction and growth opportunities.
- Leverage your cybersecurity expertise to understand and address customer needs, with penetration testing experience considered a bonus.
- Drive adoption and retention through proactive engagement and strategic account management.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer success or account management roles, ideally within the cybersecurity industry.
- Must have a cybersecurity background, at least 3 years, with a solid understanding of industry trends and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
