Base salaries £50,000 to £60,000, dependent on experience +generous package

A complex, bespoke product manufacturing process sets this business ahead of its competitors, that’s the USP With revenue heading towards £40m, this subsidiary, part of a wider £120m conglomerate, has recently made significant capex investment and is now ready to step change performance by raising expectations to build value generative enterprise at pace.


About the role

  • Now looking to move to a more influential platform in your career, these roles will demand the very latest thinking in Customer or Distributor management.
  • Your sales focus and skills will either be Key Distributors or Direct Customers in the UK. Able to recognise the commercial levers that maximise existing customer business plans, this role is all about expanding business solutions, coupled with a stringent interest in strategic account development, including pricing architecture and new product introductions. If they don’t readily exist, you’ll create demand by pushing boundaries, concentrating on strong, successful growth.


The person

  • You’re already a recognised, competent commercial sales manager, strong at relationship, solution-based sales in a technically led industry.
  • You ideally have a technical understanding of the polymer, or conductive compound sectors or at least the broader Chemicals/Industrial sector and product profile.
  • You are CRM literate with demonstrable ways of adhering to the strong disciplines of pipeline and stage-gate management.
  • You’ll have a proven track record of success within large or SME companies which will have equipped you with a thorough understanding of Joint Business Planning principles and detailed analytical thinking.
  • You are highly commercial, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated, and you’ll flourish within this autonomous environment.
