The Role

As an Executive Assistant you will be supporting the Country CEO as well as the wider Management Team. You will play a pivotal role by driving operational efficiency, ensuring the smooth day to day and contributing to business projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide the Country CEO with comprehensive administrative support including diary management and scheduling of appointments.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation for senior members of staff.
  • Plan and execute corporate events, meetings and conferences that reflect the brand and culture.
  • Act as a first point of contact for the Country CEO for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Other general administrative duties and ad-hoc projects.

You will ideally have:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
