Senior Legal Counsel, London


Angove Partners are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to be part of an executive team. You will play a key role in leading the legal department of a growing insurance company in London.


Responsibilities:


  • Reviewing and assessing legal risks associated with insurance policies.
  • Collaborating with underwriting teams to ensure compliance with legal standards.
  • Providing legal guidance and support on complex underwriting matters.
  • Contributing to the development of underwriting strategies and policies.
  • Responsibility for a new share scheme which you would potentially be eligible for.
  • To provide supporting day-to-day commercial and contract law advice, mainly assisting internal clients in relation to confidentiality agreements, standard contractual terms, vendor agreements, legal requirements, risk management and business objectives.
