Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Healthcare Advisory / Court of Protection Team, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced Solicitor to work alongside the existing Court of Protection


Team.
The ideal candidate will be a solicitor with 0-5 years PQE, ideally in Health and Welfare Court of Prote


ction.
There is a steady flow of new instructions from existing clients and the firm is seeking a motivated, technically strong lawyer with ambition, who can develop relationships and put clients at ease during potentially very stressful situ


ations.
The role will include working closely with the firm’s Healthcare Advisory team handling Court of Protection matters with some Inquest and Data Protection


issues.
