Commission: Minimum £295 per day for all referral work.

Hours: Flexible – Work your own hours even alongside your current employment.

Location: Global, UK, Germany / Europe, US, UAE, and APAC (Japan & South Korea) - Home based.

We are looking for charismatic, motivated, and self-driven Consultants to join our BluKonzept team.

Please note – This is a self-employed, commission-only role. You will receive a minimum day rate of £295 for all referral work carried out through us. Larger projects will attract a higher day rate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source your own clients and refer clients through our network.
  • Act as a consultant on client projects, providing strategic guidance and support.
  • Our office team will manage all client contracts and billing on your behalf.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Promote our consulting services across your network and encourage cross-referrals within our consultant network.
  • Create an independent client referral pipeline.
  • Earn a share of our daily billing – starting at minimum rate of £295 per day (for all referral work carried out through us), with higher rates for larger projects. 

What we are Looking For

  • Proven consulting experience in one or more of our consulting areas listed above.
  • Ability to source leads, close deals, and manage client expectations independently.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal – with professional online/phone manners.
  • Self-motivation and drive to succeed – growing within our network, and as part of this flexible, autonomous role.
  • Full driving licence is advantageous but not essential.
