Scope of Work

  • Manage construction activities on board, ensuring coordination among departments and collaborating with the Master for marine operations.
  • Drive project execution to meet deadlines, enhance productivity, and minimize costs while upholding project specifications and QHSE standards.
  • Enforce HSE policies rigorously to ensure safe construction activities, leading by example and motivating crew adherence.
  • Ensure compliance with Permit-to-Work system and conduct daily safety talks and JSAs.
  • Optimize resource utilization and address onboard challenges proactively.
  • Monitor subcontractors' performance and facilitate communication with the vessel organization.
  • Plan personnel and equipment mobilization efficiently, exploring synergies with other company projects.
  • Represent the Project Manager in discussions with Client Representatives aboard.
  • Foster clear communication among vessel departments and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Facilitate onboarding, training, and competence assessment of new resources.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to minimize risks and enhance efficiency.
  • Provide support to the Project Team in resolving technical and management issues.
  • Assist the Master during emergencies, ensuring crew safety adherence.
  • Ensure timely issuance, storage, and updating of all required documentation.
