UK Head of Sales - Rail - £80k+ Homebased

The UK Head of Sales will be responsible for overseeing the success and development of their divisional sales team and business unit strategies. This candidate will have experience in the transport industry (Rail).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Sales team to meeting/exceeding the sales targets for the UK & Ireland
  • Recommend and implement sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses
  • Experience with Software/Digitalisation/IiOT SaaS offerings - Scada, MES, HMI, CMMS, Cyber Security
  • Conduct budget reviews to ensure sales and marketing activities are within budget
  • Growing/Recruiting within the division
  • Attend industry trade events along with networking opportunities and other relevant meetings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years' relevant management experience
  • 5+ years' relevant sales experience
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM

Salary/Package:

£80k Base and OTE, Car, Pension, Health etc...
