We are a commercial property and asset management firm based in Glasgow with an exciting opportunity for an individual to join the team to deal with the expanding shopping centre portfolio.


The Role:

· Close liaison with clients, centre management teams on all aspects of work.

· Effective communication with solicitors, letting team, building surveyors, architects, contractors and other external advisors.

· Forging good client relationships, managing expectations and understanding portfolio strategy.

· Negotiating lease renewals/re-gears.

· Identifying opportunities to maximise income.

· Driving letting strategy having regard to tenant mix.


Key Attributes:

· The role is suited to a wide variety of individuals who have excellent enthusiasm and communication skills and who have the drive to work on their own initiative.

· Ideally someone who has undertaken a property asset management role previously but applicants with agency, L&T or PM backgrounds also invited. 

· Salary is competitive and dependent on experience with scope for the role of the job to be adapted to suit individual skills.
