Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our UK & Ireland team. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a critical role in advancing asset management capabilities, driving digital transformations, and advising senior leaders on strategic decision-making to shape the future of our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery leadership: Managing high-profile client engagements, responsible for managing a team of consultants, delivering outstanding work, and developing long-term client relationships
  • Expanding our capabilities: Identifying and securing business opportunities in new and existing markets; driving thought leadership and representing Turner & Townsend at conferences across the globe
  • Developing our people: Coaching and mentoring of team members

Requirements

We're looking for a Senior Consultant with:

  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, defence, or consulting roles
  • Strong understanding of asset management and related elements
  • Working knowledge of relevant asset management standards, including ISO 55000
  • Familiarity with asset information and an interest in digital transformation

Education and Certifications

A strong academic background in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field is required. An IAM Certificate and/or Diploma is preferred, with progress towards chartership or other relevant professional certifications.
