The main point of contact for partners, this Global Alliances Lead will play a key role in expansion of existing products to a global market. 


Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact for commercial partners, developing strong working relationships and coordinating internal teams to provide support
  • Lead the progression of partnerships through regulatory and reimbursement processes to launch, ensuring expectations are managed and deadlines are met
  • Conduct regular business reviews to track progress against objectives and post-launch revenue performance, providing both support and challenge to maximise success
  • Be financially accountable for partner market revenue, monitoring performance against targets
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including regional and global commercial teams, Medical & Scientific Affairs, and Supply Chain, to ensure alignment and operational efficiency


About you:

  • Experience in a similar pharmaceutical role, managing partner relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or other related field
  • Experience with stakeholder management at a senior level
  • Good knowledge of international health systems
  • Product launch experience advantageous
  • Direct experience in pharmaceutical sales at hospital specialist level preferred
  • Excellent communicator, ability to influence without authority
  • Organised and methodical
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities
