MKJ Ignite are delighted to be working with a rapidly scaling E-Commerce brand. The business has doubled in size for the last 2 years and with further growth expected this year and beyond. They’re now looking to hire an Talent & Influencer Partnerships Manager to devise an Influencer strategy and build strong relationships with a network of key influencers.


Main duties & responsibilities:

⭐️Research & develop a pipeline of key influencers

⭐️Identify, recruit and onboard influencers and content creators

⭐️Continuously monitor and enhance the performance of these influencers

⭐️Keep a close eye on competitor activity and market trends


What skills do you need to have to be considered?

⭐️A minimum of 2 years Talent & Influencer Partnerships experience

⭐️Experience working with or for an FMCG or Retail brand is important (agency or in-house is fine)

⭐️Extremely strong communication and organisation skills are critical for this role.

⭐️Strong data and numeracy skills are very important.
