Talent & Influencer Partnerships Manager

MKJ Ignite is seeking a highly skilled Talent & Influencer Partnerships Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for devising and implementing an influencer strategy that drives brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and recruit influencers and content creators who align with our brand values and target audience
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators to ensure successful partnerships
  • Monitor and enhance the performance of influencers and content creators to ensure maximum ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or influencer marketing
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in influencer marketing
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
