MKJ Ignite is seeking a seasoned Talent & Influencer Partnerships Manager to spearhead the development of a robust influencer strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition and influencer partnerships, with a proven track record of success in the FMCG or Retail industry. Key responsibilities include identifying, recruiting, and onboarding influencers and content creators, as well as continuously monitoring and enhancing their performance. The successful candidate will be a strong data analyst with excellent numeracy skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. In return for their expertise, the business offers a competitive basic salary of £40k-£50k, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 26 days holiday, a learning and development budget, pension, and bonus scheme.
