Job Title: Head of Influencer Marketing

Location: London // Hybrid

Salary: £60k - £70k


This is working for a dynamic and fast-growing digital marketing agency specialising in creating impactful campaigns for a diverse range of clients across lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and technology sectors. Our collaborative team thrives on creativity, innovation, and delivering exceptional results. We are now looking for a visionary Head of Influencer Marketing to lead our influencer strategy and drive measurable growth for our clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the overall influencer marketing strategy for the agency, ensuring alignment with client objectives and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers across a variety of platforms, from Instagram to TikTok, ensuring access to top-tier talent and emerging creators.
  • Oversee the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, from briefing and contract negotiation to content approval and performance reporting.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of influencer marketing specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with the creative, social, and paid media teams to deliver integrated campaigns that amplify results.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, providing clients with detailed reports and actionable insights to optimize ROI.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying new platforms, tools, and techniques to keep the agency at the forefront of influencer marketing.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are executed within financial constraints while maximizing impact.
  • Represent the agency at industry events, pitching services to prospective clients, and showcasing campaign successes.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in influencer marketing, ideally within an agency setting.
  • Strong network of influencer relationships across multiple platforms and industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver successful influencer campaigns that drive engagement and ROI.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and developing talent.
