Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Whetstone for an E-commerce Account Manager at Pyramid International. The E-commerce Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key e-commerce accounts, implementing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, analyzing market trends and competition, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.


Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces
  • Strong experience of the Amazon platform both vendor and seller including advertising.
  • Experience in account management and driving sales growth
  • Analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive business insights
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly excel and e-commerce analytics tools
  • Experience in the licensing industry is a plus
