Novaseven Civils is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with proficiency in Sage software and knowledge of working within the construction industry to join our team.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, particularly within the context of a construction-related environment.

Your role will involve a variety of tasks including assisting the Operations Manager with any orders needed for site, maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and assisting in daily administrative duties.

Previous experience or knowledge in the construction industry is essential along with strong organisational skills and excellent communication. Must be a good team player and be proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Duties**:

- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Supplier Orders
- Knowledge of accounts / Sage System, training can be given.
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant in construction or in a similar role
preferred
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary £25,000 p/a

Monday to Friday 8:30am to 17:00pm. Based in Whetstone, North London
