Our leading telecommunications client who specialises in installing fibre optic networks across the UK is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join them on a contract basis. The role is paying up to £475 per day for the right candidate and is Outside IR35. The initial term will be 3 months however contract extensions are highly likely.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst with some of that ideally working for a telco / fibre optic company. The icing on the cake would be knowledge of the civil engineering side of fibre network builds.
Role Requirements
This role will require the analyst to document requirements for a new framework agreement and standardised mechanism on how the company will engage with external build partners. This will be to capture specific requirements around terms, conditions, engagement and contractual obligations.
Requirements
- Must have at least 10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
- Must have some experience working in a telco / fibre environment
- Must understand the ‘build’ side of fibre optic networks
- Must have an understating of the civil engineering side of installing fibre networks
- Must have strong document authoring skills (ideally with contracts, terms of reference or framework agreements)
- Must have strong stakeholder management skills
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have experience dealing with external 3rd parties
- Must be available to start on 9th September (16th at the latest).
