Key Accountabilities
As our Credit Hire Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of resolving credit hire cases. Here’s what you’ll tackle:
- Strategic Review: Dive into pre-proceedings files, meticulously noting and following Client Guidelines.
- Formulate Winning Strategies: Your expertise will shape initial settlement strategies.
- Action-Oriented Execution: Implement agreed-upon strategies with precision.
- Negotiation Mastery: Engage in telephone negotiations with Credit Hire Organizations.
- Speedy Settlements: Pursue resolutions swiftly, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Liaise with insurers when necessary, bridging gaps for successful outcomes.
- ISO 9001 Compliance: Keep files shipshape within quality guidelines.
- SRA Standards & Values: Uphold professional standards and Keoghs’ core values.
Essential Skills and Attributes
