We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Motor Claims Handler to join our team at AXA UK. As a Motor Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims, providing excellent customer service, and working closely with our customers and brokers to resolve claims efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of claims, providing accurate and relevant information to customers based on professional expertise and training.
- Investigate claims, obtaining quantum information to make appropriate policy and legal liability decisions.
- Recommend and action the most appropriate use of claims management processes, including Credit Hire and current law to provide cost-effective settlements.
- Identify and contribute to improvements in claims processes to ensure optimum efficiency and ability to deliver business results.
- Utilize strong attention to detail and remain calm in the face of challenge to effectively help customers when they need us most.
You will work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm.
Induction and TrainingAt AXA UK, we invest in our people to ensure they have the skills and expertise to deliver exceptional results. As a Motor Claims Handler, you will benefit from role-specific training for the first 12 weeks, which will be fully office-based, and ongoing support throughout your career.
