My client is currently looking for a Principal Enterprise Architect. The Principal Architect plays a critical role in ensuring the continuity of architecture and technology direction. Must have strong people management, stakeholder management, experience in growing and developing teams, managing the architects and good all round leadership skills.

The person in this role must have deep architecture experience as well as an understanding of technology trends and innovation. Additionally, they must also have a strategic and logical thought process, strong business acumen, customer focused and the ability to influence senior leadership.


You will be a key strategic partner in defining how the client approaches new or emerging Technology and Business opportunities, with tech knowledge in AWS, GCP, SAP and Oracle would be a bonus and you will work to influence and simplify the core capabilities of our business.

You will develop EA Practice & Value Proposition and promote the business value of enterprise architecture, aligning with business strategy, fostering technology innovation and establish Architecture Standards & Governance You will also create and embed architecture tooling, documentation, and governance standards to support agile and effective decision-making.

Develop metrics and reporting mechanisms to evaluate the success and impact of the EA practice and collaborate Across Teams to ensure the EA team works closely with Tech & Digital, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Product teams.


Develop & Mentor and Recruit, develop, and mentor domain architects, building critical skills and driving collaboration to support business-technology integration. Lead the creation of complex architecture views, holistic analysis, and guide future-state capability.
