Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Flight Operations Performance Engineer (Graduate) to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group

This is a very exciting time to join Ryanair as we look to expand our operation to 800 aircraft and 300 million guests within the next 10 years.

A unique opportunity exists for an exceptional graduate to join our Flight Operations Performance Engineering Team Graduate Program where you will quickly develop skills in both aircraft performance and mass and balance whilst working with one of the largest and best- known airlines in the world.

Joining us for a fixed term 9-month Maternity cover based at our London Stansted Airport offices your primary role will be assisting the Flight Operations Performance Engineer to provide Aircraft Performance, Airfield Evaluation and Briefing, Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) plus Weight & Balance data to the entire Ryanair fleet.

Responsibilities:

The monitoring and evaluation of AIS and aeronautical publication revisions including a Daily NOTAM watch
Assist in producing and maintaining all Aircraft Performance, Mass & Balance and Airfield Briefing related documentation
Assist in administration and maintenance of accurate data in EFB (Electronic Flight Bag) applications
Airport and runway obstacle analyses and maintenance of take-off and landing performance data.

Requirements

Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field.
Ability to multi-task.
Excellent communication skills
Excellent time management skills with the ability to priorities tasks and work to strict deadlines.
